From our Executive Principal
 Established in 2001, our educational philosophy places an emphasis on putting students first and maximising student learning potential. We focus on academic excellence, leadership and encouraging the development of values that will apply to all aspects of life beyond school.
We aim to provide a warm and supportive environment in which all children can grow with confidence. Varsity College students are encouraged to enjoy their learning through the delivery of a New Basics curriculum for Years 1 to 9. Senior School students enjoy a focused curriculum that provides pathways to future study or work.
Our distinctive features include:

- Modern, new facilities with computer access in most rooms;

Varsity College offers many diverse and enriched programs, which provides all students with the opportunity to perform to the best of their ability and to develop their talents in the academic, cultural, social and sporting areas. Some of these programs include: Academic Excellence, Business and Technology, Performing Arts Excellence and Sports Excellence. Varsity College has new, modern fully equipped facilities to accommodate all programs and students, such as the dance studio, sound recording studio, performing arts theatre, technical drawing and Auto Cad Computer Laboratory, to name just a few.

Our aim is to share the wonderful achievements of Varsity College and the whole community as we establish an amazing school that is being built on a completely different foundation than any other school that has been developed. Varsity College is passionate about building a community that is centered around bridging the gaps between the young and the old, not just hiding the issues and failing to address the problems.
The vision of the college is to continue to build a school based on 4 distinct pillars - Academic Excellence - Sporting Excellence - Community Involvement & Performing Arts Focused. We have discovered that when all of these 4 pillars are addressed in a school simultaneously, an amazing change occurs not only in the school but in the community also. Transformational Leadership in any environment can only occur when everyone believes in the vision and adopts it as their own. When the broader community captures the true potential of our youth and begins to work at the inclusion of them into the community as a whole, many of the social issues disappear from sight. Through the effective guidance of all members of the community, children can learn to excel in many areas and learn also to make great choices in times where they are tested. When this true expression of community is engendered, greatness becomes apparent.
