Varsity College has been built by the Queenland Government to provide education for Preschool to Year 12 to the population of Varsity Lakes. An enrolment boundary has been established within the Varsity Lakes cathchment following counsultation with Education Queensland and the Transport Department to ensure that the College can continue to service the community for which it is built.
As the population of the College is close to the site capacity of the College, the enrolment boundary is closely monitored. Students residing within this boundary are able to enrol at Varsity College providing the following enrolment procedures are followed:

proof of permanent residence within the enrolment boundary of the Varsity Lakes catchment is provided, i.e., three documents showing current residential address, (eg, rates notice, tenancy agreement, telephone or electricity invoices).
Students residing external to the boundary will be accepted if they meet the following criteria:
If a student does not fulfil the enroment criteria, written application for special consideration may be made to the school's Enrolment Management Committee.
Parents should be aware that such applications will only be considered for the beginning of each school year and only where there is capacity available after applications from within the catchement are considered.
All applications for enrolment should be accompanied by the most current school reports. Enrolments for the new school year will be accepted from the July of the previous year. Applications for special consideration should be made from the October of the previous year to which enrolment is being sought.
