Inclusive Education.jpg

At Varsity College we value the needs of all learners. Inclusion is the provision of school practices that value the participation, contribution and success of every member of the school community. Inclusion acknowledges that each student brings strengths, perspectives and opportunities that contribute to the success of the whole community.

  • Inclusive education means that every day, in every classroom, every student is learning and achieving in a safe, supportive, inclusive and disciplined learning environment.

As an inclusive school, Varsity College has developed the 'Support for Learning' model which is highly responsive to the needs of all learners. This includes: those in need of learning support or behaviour support; those who have educational support needs arising from a diagnosed disability or mental health disorder; those who are gifted and talented; and those learning English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) or a combination of these.

For more information on our Support for Learning model, send your enquiry to Varsity College general enquiries -GeneralEnquiries@varsitycollege.eq.edu.au.
