The Varsity College Senior Primary ASPIRE Robotics program caters for students who demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of information systems and practices.
The program aims to foster curiosity, confidence, persistence, innovation, creativity and co-operation through authentic learning challenges using contemporary and emerging digital technology. Students work collaboratively with their peers, mentor teachers and industry experts in areas such as coding, robotics and programming. This cutting edge program develops 21st century digital learners who use design thinking and innovative practices.
The Varsity College Primary Aspire Robotics program is a selective program for Years 4-6. Students must submit an application form online and upload a self-created 'digital scratch coding creation'. Short listed students will need to attend a workshop with a panel of experienced teachers.
